The grille guards have been designed with tilt bodies in mind and will articulate forward for easy hood access. The piece can also be easily adjusted or removed with two OEM-style latches - one on each side - that match the style and functionality of the manufacturer’s original latching mechanisms. Because they are compatible with the truck’s existing mounting points, these latches can be relatively easily installed as replacements for the factory-installed grille.

The security and adaptability of the OEM-style latches are augmented with safety pins to ensure a close-fitting, secure mount. The pins provide additional security to counterbalance the grille guard's forward articulation, preventing unintended movement and acting as a locking mechanism to keep the guard in position when adjusted.

The grille guards are fully welded and finished with a coat of black textured powder. They also feature headlight brush guards constructed out of 1.9-inch, 14-gauge tubing and 2.5-inch center cross tubes. The center screen is laser-cut from 18-gauge material.

The grille guard is outfitted with a winch tray capable of holding up a winch with a maximum pulling capacity of 16,500 pounds, and the tray can accommodate most brands. The item is available for Chevrolet C4500, Chevrolet C6500, International CV515, Ford F-650, and Ford F-750 trucks.
